This is a resource for grief.
The objective is not to move you from point A to Z as the grief journey is not linear in that way. This course is a tool - a tool for grieving. A tool for helping you make peace with your pain. This course is a place for you to process your pain. By processing your pain we mean...
Helping your loss find its good and proper place in your life.
A place where your loss is:
- Honored.

Framework
The framework for this resource is grounded in the following three beliefs for finding peace in our pain:
- God is with us in our pain. Very often, painful moments leave us feeling that God is distant. This is not the case. God is near to you in your pain. This resource will help you see God in your pain.
- We need to express our pain. Processing our thoughts and feelings is important in the grieving journey. This resource will help you put expression to your pain and thereby grieve.
- We need the support of others. Grieving can be very isolating. We want others in and yet we don't. Others want to help you, but they may not know how. This resource will give you some helps in accessing support from people.
